1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Any orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or weather conditions
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only.
4. Shipping Partners
Orders are delivered via trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Shipping Charges
Orders below ₹599: ₹50 shipping fee
Orders above ₹599: Free shipping

7. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.
You can track your package through the courier partner or via your Dermakart account dashboard.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with order details and photographs. We will assist immediately.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We only accept returns for:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product received
Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
10. Failed Deliveries
In cases where an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
