Dampen: Wet your face and neck thoroughly with clear, lukewarm water.Dispense: Squeeze a small, coin-sized amount of the gel face wash onto your clean palms.Massage: Apply to the face and work into a mild, delicate lather, massaging gently in upward, circular motions for up to 60 seconds.
